Dan is responsible for building operational excellence at Technitask across program delivery, talent acquisition, and organizational development. His systems thinking perspective allow him to structure and build program delivery teams that put our clients' mission first and deliver long-term results. Throughout his career, Dan has partnered with clients at critical inflection points to dive into their operations, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and synthesized data-driven insights that drive their business forward. Beyond client delivery work, Dan is also responsible for building internal business structures and processes at Technitask, including people operations, financial operations, and business strategy.

Dan's experience includes:

• People operations at a Series B startup, where he built processes, systems, and the team to double the size of the organization

• Product management at a post-IPO startup restructuring its subscription management platform

• Management consulting at EY-Parthenon advising clients, often private equity firms and portcos, on working capital, pricing, and product strategy

• Capital program cost forecasting at Toronto Hydro for its 2018 rate application cycle

• Strategic advisory for charitable organizations such as Pathways to Education, LEAP-Pecaut Centre for Social Innovation, and the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre
